Independant Chalet (79m2) built on 3 levels in a beautiful atmosphere with contemporary wood. Entrance through the terrace (1st floor of the chalet) or by the grand lobby on the ground floor. Ground floor: hall entrance, laundry, separate WC, garage. 1st floor: kitchen (wood stove) open living room with direct access to the terrace. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140cm), 2 bedroom (2 beds 90cm can be twinned), shower/WC. Terrace with living-room of garden, barbecue, deck chairs. Private parking. Ski (La Croix Fry-Merdassier connected to the La Clusaz field) 9.5km, stop free shuttle to the centre of the village 3km (only winter for access to la Croix Fry, Merdassier, La Clusaz). Thones (all shops, activities) 8km. Lake of Annecy beaches 22km, Annecy 28km. Many walks summer/winter out of the cottage. Stay 3 weeks-10%.
