Just a 2-minute walk from La Clusaz town center and the Bossonnet ski lifts in front of the house, the location of this gîte is ideal in all seasons, summer and winter. Private parking, balcony offering a beautiful panorama of the mountains, garden at the back of the house. Beautiful warm atmosphere inside.

46m² / gîte on the 1st floor of a large house also including 1 owner's accommodation and 3 other rentals. The house is ideally located, very close to the city center and opposite the Bossonnet ski lifts. Common entrance. Large hallway at the entrance, equipped kitchen with dining table. Living room separated from the kitchen with rapido convertible sofa (sleeping for 2 people), armchairs, television, access to the balcony offering a beautiful mountain view.
Bedroom with 2 90x190cm beds, cupboard, chest of drawers.
Bathroom: shower, vanity unit, window. 1 independent toilet. Washing machine in the kitchen.
South-east facing balcony with garden furniture for 2 people. Beautiful panorama of the mountains and the slopes in winter.
