Beautiful apartment with 3 bedrooms located 200m from the center of La Clusza and opposite the Bossonnet lifts for skiing in winter. In summer, many activities in the Aravis. Private parking, terrace with beautiful panorama, garden at the back of the house.

62m² gîte with terrace, located on the ground floor of a large house, located 200m from the center of La Clusaz and opposite the 'Bossonnet' lifts. The house also includes 1 owner's accommodation and 3 other rentals. Common entrance. Corridor at the entrance, bright living room with equipped kitchen open to the living room: dining table, sofa, television, access to the terrace.
3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 140x190cm).
Bathroom: bathtub, vanity sink, window, washing machine. 1 independent toilet. South-west facing terrace with garden furniture, parasol. View of the mountains and the slopes in winter.
Garden - common land for the apartments at the back of the house with in summer: garden tables, parasol, table tennis, deckchairs, barbecue.
1 private parking space at the back of the house. 2 ski lockers reserved for the apartment. Possibility to rent 1 garage depending on availability (50€ per week)
