Independent chalet of 140m² arranged on 2 levels offering very good services and a magnificent atmosphere mixing old wood and modernity. The chalet is located in Merdassier, between the center of the village of Manigod and La Clusaz. Capacity up to 10 people. You will be welcomed directly by the owners.
Ground floor: equipped kitchen open to the living room (dining table, sofa, armchairs, wood stove). Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, shower room/wc), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm, shower room/wc). 1 independent toilet. Laundry room/pantry (washer-dryer, additional refrigerator).
Upstairs: mezzanine with convertible sofa, television. Bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom, separate toilet.
Wifi internet. Sheets, towels, bathrobes and end-of-stay cleaning included.
From this summer: terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.
Very beautiful panorama of the Etale and Charvin mountains. In winter, you can reach the slopes from the chalet (ski lift passes next to the chalet). Spring - summer, alpine chalet atmosphere with the family's cows on the land around the chalet.
In winter, parking is in Merdassier and access on foot to the chalet (5 to 10 minutes on foot). The owner offers to take your suitcases and belongings by quad when you arrive.
In summer, direct access to the chalet by car via an unsealed road for 500m (avoid very low cars).
Electric car charging from a traditional domestic socket with supplement (during periods when it is possible to park at the chalet).
Activities and services: only in season, bakery, Sherpa supermarket 700m away. All shops in La Clusaz 10km away. Shuttle stop 700m away.
Skiing on site (Merdassier-La Croix-Fry/Manigod connected to the La Clusaz area). Le Merle ski lift 150m away. Lake Annecy, beaches 31km, Annecy 37km. Numerous summer/winter hikes departing from the chalet, swimming pool in the resort.
