In the centre of the village of Côte d'Arbroz in Haute Savoie, our chalet, renovated in 2024 in a contemporary style, offers comfortable accommodation of 80m2 for 4 people with private parking and garage.

Completely renovated house:
- Ground floor: garage for one car, room for skis, boots and/or bikes.
- 1st floor: fitted kitchen area, opening onto living room, then lounge with direct access to fitted terrace + bathroom.
- 2nd floor: master bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) and a sleeping area with 1 single bed (90x190) and en-suite bathroom + attic bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190).
