Detached 100m² chalet (attics) spread over two levels plus a basement with a garage, located in the heart of the Aravis Mountains. The owners live in the neighboring chalet. A beautiful, warm atmosphere of wood and mountains.

- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140x190cm) and 1 single bed (90x190cm).
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (160x200cm) and 1 single bed (90x190cm), desk, access to the balcony.
- Bedroom 4: 1 double bed (140x190cm) and 1 single bed (90x190cm), balcony access.
- Shower room: 1 vanity sink, shower, heated towel rail, toilet.
Basement:
- Large 2-car garage, ping-pong table, foosball table. - Laundry room: washing machine, dryer, sink.

Several outdoor spaces surround the chalet: balcony/terrace, garden/land, courtyard. Garden furniture, deckchairs, gas grill. Pétanque court.
2 garage spaces and parking in front of the chalet. Storage for bicycles, skis, and other belongings is available in the large garage.

The chalet is located 2 km from the village center with its entertainment and activities (market, swimming pool, restaurants, shops, etc.), set back from the road between the village center and the Col des Annes road. A shuttle bus stop is located 50 meters away at the beginning of the trail, providing access to the village center and the ski lifts.
Ski lifts and the village center (shops, restaurants, swimming pool, etc.) are 2 km away.
Numerous summer and winter activities, including hiking in the village and the Aravis mountains. Cross-country skiing in the Bouchet Valley. Golf course 2.5 km away.
