With seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, up to 15 guests can stay comfortably in this spacious property. It's located just 4 km from
Samoëns, a Grand Massif ski resort linked to over 265 km of pistes by a modern lift system.

The property's terraces and flat garden allow you to enjoy the surrounding peace and quiet with family or friends, and numerous leisure and sporting activities are available in the summer months, thanks to an extensive network of hiking trails, an accrobranches park, and a leisure center on Lac aux Dames.

The village offers all the shops and restaurants you might need during your stay, including a large supermarket, grocery stores, souvenir stores and sports equipment rentals. The bus stops 50 m from the chalet to take you directly to the center of Samoëns.

Thanks to its Starlink high-speed internet connection, its spacious living room with large screen and overhead projector, and its rooms equipped with desks, Chalet La Parenthèse is also ideal for seminars or other business stays.

A spacious entrance hall on the first floor lets you shed your outdoor clothes. On the right is the wellness area, including sauna, shower room, exercise and relaxation area, which opens onto a terrace with Jacuzzi. There's also a ski room with heated boot dryer, and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The spacious living room on the second floor is divided in two by a central fireplace.

On one side is the living room, furnished with a spacious sofa, comfortable armchairs with footrests and a French window opening onto the terrace. On the other, a huge dining room with an imposing table, as well as a large kitchen with two ovens, an induction hob, two dishwashers and a wine cellar.

The two bedrooms on this floor have large double beds.

There are no fewer than five additional bedrooms on the upper floor. Two of these can be arranged with double or twin beds. All these rooms have desks and balconies, and two of them also have their own shower rooms. The last room is a pleasant dormitory, with bunk beds for six children. This floor also boasts a separate bathroom and shower room, as well as a games room and home cinema, furnished with sofas and ottomans.

On the first floor are two bedrooms that can be set up with single or twin beds, depending on your needs.

The property boasts a number of terraces and balconies, allowing you to spend pleasant moments outdoors, whether sunbathing or sheltering under the arbour, as well as a flat garden for your children to play in complete safety. There's room for three cars outside, and two more in the garage, which also features a charging station for electric vehicles and storage space for skis and bikes.
