Magnificent view of the Aiguilles de Chamonix in a quiet neighborhood

140 m² chalet with 5 bedrooms.
Located in the village of Les Houches, in the La Griaz d'en-Haut district, 7 km from Chamonix.
Shops 1.5 km away and bus stop 10 minutes' walk.
Parking space available. Winter equipment required (sloping access).

3 lounges, one of which can accommodate 9 people, with fireplace, TV and stereo.
On the first floor, a second TV with DVD player is installed in the living room.
Balcony, garden. Enclosed grounds with garden furniture.
Cot available on request. Pets not allowed
