In a quiet and preserved area of the Carroz resort (Grand-Massif): warm independent chalet located on the heights of the village, 3 minutes by car from the center of the resort.
Skiing 1.8km away in winter (gondola).
Everything is included: sheets, towels, and cleaning.

Individual chalet of 92m2 arranged on 2 levels: main level + lower level.
The chalet is located on the edge of the forest, at the end of a small private dead end (subdivision of chalets). On the main level (ground floor from the parking lot): fitted kitchen open to the living room/lounge (TV, sofa, dining area), separate toilet.
On this same level: winter entrance room (storage for skis, table football), and large separate cloakroom (shelves).
On the lower level: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV, private bathroom with bathtub), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 3 (2 x 2 bunk beds 80x190cm), separate bathroom (shower), separate toilet.
Sheets are included (beds made), as well as towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Parking in front of the chalet (2 spaces). Snow removal provided in winter.
Electric underfloor heating on the main level (radiators on the lower level). Wifi Internet.
Balcony/terrace with garden furniture and gas barbecue, flat private land on the garden level with forest table.
Gîte not recommended for people with mobility difficulties (stairs).
Two pets accepted (extra charge) Carrizo resort center 3 minutes by car (1.5km): shops, restaurants, aquacîme aquatic area, summer tobogganing, paragliding, golf, mountain biking...
Skiing 1.8km in winter (Kédeuze gondola): the Grand-Massif area brings together the connected resorts of Carroz, Flaine, Morillon, Samoëns and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval on 265km of marked slopes.
Agy Nordic ski area 15 minutes by car (12km).
Many snowshoe or hiking trails to enjoy in the area all year round.
Thermes de Saint-Gervais 31km away. Chamonix Mont-Blanc 50 minutes by car, Annecy and Lake Geneva about 1h10 away.
