On the plateau of the Confins and offering a panoramic view over the Aravis, quality services for this old farmhouse of high mountain pasture (139 m²) whose floor has been completely renovated with talent in housing. Entrance by ground floor(laundry, ski storage) or directly on the floor from the back of the cottage. Kitchen open to living room (wood stove, sofabed), balcony access / South Terrace. Room 1 (2 twin beds 90 x 200, shower room/WC), room 2 (bed 160 x 200, shower room/WC), room 3 (bed 140 x 190 cm), shower room (independant access or by room 3), little room 4 (LCD, 2 bunked beds 80), 2 separate WC. Sheets, linen towels, cleaning included. Ski 2km, cross country skiing, snowskoes, hiking on-site, sledge in front of the cottage, shuttle nearby. Lake Annecy 32km. 3 weeks-10%.
