Ground floor / lower part of the chalet: entrance, bedroom 4 (1 140x190cm bed and 2 90cm bunk beds), closed sleeping area without window (1 90x190cm bed, shower, sink). 1-car garage that can also be used as ski/bike storage, laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
