Ground floor: fitted kitchen open to the living room with a wood stove (wood included), small bedroom 1 with 1 140x190cm bed. From the living room, access (by ladder) to the low mezzanine with 2 90cm mattresses on the floor. Shower room (shower) / wc.
Lower part of the chalet (access by steep staircase from the living room or from outside the chalet) - ceiling height of 1.92cm: large bedroom 2 with 3 90x190cm beds, 2 of which can be combined to create 1 double bed, desk. Separate toilet with sink, washing machine.
Heating floor. Sheets/towels rental kit on request. Closed ski/bike room with boot dryer, ski rack. Large wooden terrace, land around the chalet. Garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, ping-pong table.
Private parking (1 space) 150m from the chalet at the rate of €50/week. Chalet on the edge of the Crôt ski slope, not accessible by car in winter. Paid public parking at the cable car station 300m from the gîte or free public parking 800m downstream served by free shuttles. The owner will transport your luggage by snowmobile (outside slope opening hours).
In spring, summer and fall, parking next to the chalet (access by unpaved road for 150m). 3S cable car from Prodains which goes up to Avoriaz 100m away. Small free ski lift 50m away.
