Beautiful independent chalet located in the commune of Les Clefs, between the resorts of Aravis (Le Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz and Manigod) and the end of Lake Annecy (Doussard beaches). Carport, magnificent panorama of the mountains from the furnished terrace. Beautiful warm atmosphere, wood stove in the living room. capacity up to 5 people.

Independent chalet of 80m² (+ 25m² attic) arranged on 2 levels. Capacity up to 5 people (no extra charge).
Ground floor: equipped kitchen open to the dining area and living room (wood stove with wood provided, sofa, armchairs, television, dining table).
Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, desk). Shower room sink on cabinet, shower, towel dryer, washing machine). 1 independent toilet.
Cellar with cupboard and storage. Entrance into the gîte possible through the cellar or directly through the living room
Upstairs: bedroom 2 on the mezzanine with 1 180x190cm bed separable into 2 90cm beds on request + 1 80x200cm bed, children's games, hammock.
South-facing terrace and east-facing balcony offering a magnificent view of the mountains. Garden furniture (forest table), parasol.
Shelter for 1 car + parking.
Everything is included: sheets/bed linen and bathroom linen as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
Wifi internet.

Services and leisure: all shops and services in Thones (5.5km). Numerous walks and hikes (Tournette for example) near the gîte.
Skiing in the Aravis: Manigod Col de la Croix Fry (connected to La Clusaz) 14km, Le Grand-Bornand 17km.
Lake Annecy, beaches 19km, Annecy and its old town 25km.
In summer during the summer period, Aravis Bus (free shuttle) with stop 1.5km away.
Reservations for festive events not accepted (large evenings, EVG/JF, etc.).
