Chalet from 1970, renovated between 2004 and 2022, located on the southern slope, 2.5 km from the village and 4 km from the ski lifts. In summer, leisure base 4.5 km.

Chalet 4 rooms 6 persons **. 1st floor. 100 m² on 2 levels. Balconies (1 with furniture). 2000 m² garden. East/south-west exposure.
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Living room with sofa, TV, DVD and fireplace (wood supplied).
1 separate WC.
Upstairs, shower room with washbasin and toilet.
Bedroom n°1 : 2 twin beds.
Bedroom n°2 : 2 twin beds.
Bedroom n°3 : 1 double bed.
Duvets/blankets and pillows provided. Cot and high chair available. Central heating. Floors: tiled and parquet. Sheet hire €8 and towels €2 upon reservation.
Final cleaning at your expense or €50 supplement.
Parking spaces available.

From the centre of Samoëns, take the road to the Col de Joux Plane then the place called le Coudray and Sous Lachat. At the level of the Coudray school bus stop, take the small private road on the left: the chalet is in the second bend.
