Entrance hall with electric shoe dryer. Equipped kitchen open to the living room (dining table, television, rapido type convertible sofa), access to the beautiful and large terrace offering a magnificent panorama of the mountains and Le Grand-Bornand.
Bedroom 1 (1 160x200cm bed, French window opening onto the terrace), closed sleeping area (2 80x190cm bunk beds, window).
Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, washing machine. 1 independent toilet.
Large south-facing wooden terrace, mountain and village views, garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha, parasol. Private parking next to the chalet.

Sheets and bathroom linen rental on request, end-of-stay cleaning optional.
Chalet located between the village center and Chinaillon, shuttle stop 150m from the gîte. Center of Grand-Bornand, shops, restaurants, swimming pool 1.5km.
Ski: La Joyère and Le Rosay gondolas in the village 2km away or ski lifts at Chinaillon 5km away. Numerous summer and/or winter activities in the resort and the Aravis: swimming pools, ice rink, via ferrata, golf, hiking (trails start 100m away).
