entrance, closed garage, boiler room and laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
On the 1st floor, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with pantry to develop your cooking skills (5-burner kitchen piano with large electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), a living room, a sitting room with pellet stove and a semi-covered terrace with views of Mont Blanc.
