The chalet is located between La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand. The center of the village is 1.2 km away, with its shops and the shuttle stop to reach the resorts in winter for skiing and in summer to fully enjoy the mountains.

Independent chalet with all mod cons of 173m² on 3 levels on the heights of the beautiful village of Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, between La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand, in the Aravis. Very nice atmosphere mixing wood and contemporary.

Ground floor: entrance hall, ski room (electric boot dryer), laundry room with washing machine and dryer, garage, Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, shower room/wc).
1st floor: very nice bright living room with kitchen open to the living room: dining table, sofas, wood stove (wood provided), bay windows overlooking the terrace, balcony and garden. Bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, shower room), 1 separate toilet
2nd floor: mezzanine living room with television, sofa and armchairs. Bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm, shower room), bedrooms 4 and 5 each with 2 beds 80x200cm that can be combined to create 1 double bed, balcony. Shower room, 1 separate toilet.
Underfloor heating on all 3 levels by heat pump.
Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Wi-Fi internet.
Beautiful terrace with garden furniture, electric barbecue, view of the mountains and the valley. Balconies, garden.
