Independent chalet of 170m2 arranged on 3 levels in a warm atmosphere typically Savoyarde. Access to the 1st floor level on the back of the chalet (gentle slope from the parking lot). 1st level of the chalet: entrance hall with tidying up, kitchen integrated on vast stay (sofa, Tv), toilet. At the level -1: Bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm, bath), bedroom 5 (2 beds 90x200cm), bathroom (shower and toilet) giving access to a bedroom with TV and sofa bed 140x190cm. The chalet has a south-west facing terrace with furniture and barbecue, a south-east terrace balcony, and a garden terrace with sun loungers. Vast ground in front of the chalet. Ping-pong, and large secure storage room for bicycles, skis or motorbikes. Linens provided. Village center at 1.2km. Ski at 3km (les Brasses), or at 14km at Praz-de-Lys (20 minutes). Hiking, fishing, climbing, mountain biking, tennis ... nearby. Lake Geneva at 45 minutes, Lake Annecy and Chamonix at 55 minutes. Geneva at 50 minutes.
