On 1st level: hall, fitted kitchen opening onto large living room (glass-fronted wood-burning stove), bedroom 1 (double bed),private bathroom, bedroom 2 (double bed), bathroom/shower, WC. Upper level: mezzanine (sofabed,DVD), bedroom 3 (2 single beds), bedroom 4 (4 single beds), bedroom 5 (double bed), shower room, WC. Electric heating. Tumble-drier. Double garage, terrace, barbecue, garden, balcony, heated storeroom for skis et boots. Free shuttle 100m. Le Grand-Bornand/Le Chinaillon ski area 6km. Golf practice area 1km. Upstairs: mezzanine (160 cm sofa bed, flat screen TV - DVD), Bedroom 3 (2 single beds), Bedroom 4 (1 double bed or 2 twin 80 cm beds), Bedroom 5 (4 single beds), bathroom water (shower), separate WC. 2/3 car garage, terrace with furniture, barbecue, garden, balcony, ping-pong table, heated ski/boot room.
