Ideally located on the heights of Thones, between Lake Annecy and the Aravis resorts, beautiful independent chalet offering quality services and a magnificent view of the mountains. Everything is provided for a pleasant stay with family or friends: beautiful living room with its wood stove, sauna, furnished terrace, carport, bed linen and towels provided... Lake Annecy at 18km, La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand at 8km.

Independent chalet of 172m² arranged on 2 levels + basement, wood and mountain atmosphere. Quality services.
Ground floor (parking level with carport): entrance hall, fitted kitchen with bar table opening onto a beautiful living room - dining room with wood stove (wood provided), television, stereo, DVD player, access to the furnished terrace and the garden. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160x200cm, bathroom/wc with walk-in shower.
Upstairs, bedroom 2: 1 double bed 140x190cm. Bedroom 3: 4 90x190cm beds including 2 twin beds (which can create a double bed), television, balcony access. Bedroom 4: 1 bed 160x200cm, balcony access. Shower room (shower), large sauna, separate toilet.
In the basement: laundry room with washing machine and dryer, room with wooden bar/cellar atmosphere.
Internet access. Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival.
Optional spa, €100 per week, to be booked directly with the owners.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning: €120, to be booked directly with the owners.
