Chalet Cordée Côté Sud

In a large chalet, a 205m² gîte (holiday cottage) is available on two levels, accommodating up to 14 people (with a supplement). The chalet also includes the owners' accommodation and their family vegetable business (gardens surrounding the chalet).

The gîte has a separate entrance. It features 5 bedrooms with 80x200cm beds that can be joined upon request to create a 160x200cm bed.

Access to the first floor via an internal staircase:

- Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: dining table with benches, fireplace (wood included), corner sofa, armchairs, television with Canal+ subscription, balcony access.

- Bedroom 1: two 80x200cm beds that can be joined, bathroom, separate toilet.

- Sauna area with shower and relaxation corner.

Second floor:

- Four further bedrooms, each with two 80x200cm beds that can be joined and one 90x190cm bed, bathroom/toilet. Balcony for 2 bedrooms.

Washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi internet access. Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning included.
South-facing balcony with garden furniture. Garden equipped with a private hot tub, terrace, sun loungers, and barbecue. Stunning views of the mountains and Morzine (and the ski slopes in winter).
Parking next to the chalet. Ski and bike storage. Boot dryer.

Access to the center of Morzine is possible via a partially pedestrian path (10-15 minutes) or 1.5 km by car.
Ski lifts are 3 km away (Nyon or Pleney). Prodains/Avoriaz cable car is 4 km away.
Shuttle stop at the top of the chalet, 150 m away, providing access to the center of Morzine and Super Morzine. Numerous activities are available in Morzine/Portes du Soleil in winter and summer, including skiing, mountain biking, swimming, a playground, shops, services, and restaurants. Lake Montriond 6km. Avoriaz 12km. Lake Geneva, Thonon-les-Bains, Evian-les-Bains 40km.
Partner of the Summer Multipass. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.
