The 1st floor can be accessed either via the inside staircase from the kitchen, or via the outside staircase + corridor leading to the 2 bedrooms, double living room with 1 2-3-seater sofa + 3 club armchairs + colonial Godin stove (in working order) + shower room with shower and toilet.
The chalet is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, washing-machine-dryer and TV.
Barbecue and garden furniture
Large private lawn on 2 sides of the chalet, used for parking. Regularly mowed by a service provider in the hamlet, it provides an ideal play and relaxation area.
