Between the center of the village of Châtel and the Linga gondola, a warm atmosphere for this gîte in a chalet with sauna.

In a large chalet, 150m² gite on 2 levels (first floor and 1st floor). Another gîte (reference 63028) is also available on the lower part of the chalet (garden level). Quality appointments. Separate entrance. First floor: entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto balcony-terrace with sauna. Spacious living-dining room with TV, wood-burning stove, bay window giving access to balcony. Bedroom 1 (2 beds 90x200cm, shower room/wc). separate toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom 2 (3 beds 90x200cm, 2 of which can be pushed together, balcony access), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x200cm + 2 bunk beds 90x190cm, balcony access), bedroom 4 (2 beds 90x200cm which can be pushed together). Bathroom with bath/wc, washing machine and dryer. Small shower room/wc on mezzanine. Wifi internet access. Possibility of renting sheets and towels.
Covered balcony-terrace with lounge and private sauna. Garden to the side of the gîte with forest tables and deckchairs. Common ground below the gîte. Barbecue. Private parking lot. Shared ski/bike room with electric boot dryer. A small stream runs alongside the property.
The chalet is located on the road between the village center and Le Linga. Resort center and shops 1.5km away. Skiing (Portes du Soleil ski area): Linga cable car 600m away, Super Châtel 2km away, shuttle bus stop in front of the chalet on the Linga road), numerous winter and summer activities in the resort and valley (skating rink, hiking, swimming pool, cross-country skiing...). Lake Geneva, Thonon-les-Bains, Evian-les-Bains (spa towns) 40km away. Owner Multipass member.
