Gite of 105m² (+ 6m² attic) fitted out on one level on the ground floor of the owners' chalet (owners' accommodation on the lower part of the chalet). Beautiful warm atmosphere. Very beautiful mountain view.
Independent entrance via the apartment terrace.
Entrance hall with cupboard. Very beautiful living room with integrated kitchen open to the living room and dining area (corner sofa, 140cm television, dining table).
3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 160x200cm bed), bedroom 2 (1 160x200cm bed separable into 2 80cm beds on request), bedroom 3 (2 twin 80x200cm beds and 2 90x200cm bunk beds).
1 bathroom (bath, vanity sink, washer-dryer, toilet), 1 shower room (walk-in shower, 2 sinks), separate toilet.
Private south-west facing terrace with garden furniture, relaxation lounge, parasol, gas plancha. Balcony with deckchairs. Little garden.
Private parking (2 spaces) in front of the gîte.
WiFi internet access. Sheets/bed linen and bathroom linen provided, end-of-stay cleaning optional.
Chicken coop (chickens and rooster) on the property, wood business below the chalet (balcony side).
Possibility to recharge electric car on traditional domestic socket (additional charge).
