Facing Mont-Blanc, in a calm and preserved environment. : independent chalet of 122m2 arranged on half levels.
The chalet is very comfortable, and recently built: large openings facing the mountains, underfloor heating, heat pump. On the ground floor: entrance hall, garage with storage space and ski rack.
On the lower half-level: fitted kitchen open to the living room/lounge area (sofa, TV).
On the upper 1/2 level of the chalet: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (TV, rapido convertible sofa offering a comfortable extra bed 160x200cm), separate toilet.
On the last 2 lower half-levels: bedroom 3 (2 90cmx190cm bunk beds + 2 80cmx190cm bunk beds), wellness area (Sauna, shower), separate toilet, bedroom 4 (1 160x200cm bed, private bathroom with shower ), bedroom 5 (2 90x190cm beds that can be joined together, private bathroom with shower), separate toilet.
For your comfort, everything is included: sheets (beds made), bathroom linen, and end-of-stay cleaning. Wifi internet.
South terrace with wooden garden furniture (table, benches), deckchairs, electric barbecue. Combloux village center 1.5km (5 minutes by car): shops, restaurants, biotope lake (summer swimming facing Mont-Blanc + wellness area).
For skiing in winter: access to the Combloux ski area 1.5 km away via the Bouchet ski lift (connection with the Jaillet/Megève area).
Main car park for the Combloux ski area (Cruy Cuchet) 3.5 km away. Princess cable car at 3.7km (Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area): 7 minutes by car.
Megève 7km (10 minutes by car): casino, golf, swimming pool, ice rink...
Saint-Gervais thermal baths 11km away. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 30km (40 minutes by car). Annecy and Lake Geneva approximately 1 hour away.
Numerous hikes to practice in the all-season area (snowshoeing or hiking).
