Cottage of 72m2 built on the 1st level (access on one level), an authentic country farm renovated also including another cottage (adjoining). Internet wifi. Sheets are included (beds made on arrival). Large South facing mountains with furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. Garden (not attached). Ski at 6km in La Clusaz or Grand-Bornand. By car: town of Thônes at 6 minutes, Lake Annecy and beaches at 20 minutes. Supermarket at 1km. City of Annecy 30 minutes (23km). Many hikes in the Aravis in any season. Stay 3 weeks -10%.
