On the first floor, a third double bedroom includes a television and private access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the magnificent Alpine panorama. This floor also includes a shower room and separate toilet. The open-plan living area is particularly welcoming, with two large comfortable sofas arranged around a fireplace and a TV. In the same space, there is a beautiful dining table and a kitchen, compact but fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The entire room is bathed in natural light thanks to two-level windows and a large glass door opening onto the balcony. Just above, the mezzanine has been designed for children.
