In a set of several chalets, very comfortable for this chalet arranged on 4 levels (220m² + 20m² attic) combining mountain atmosphere and modern equipment. It adjoins a second identical chalet (NEKO ref. 134040). Both are "built in mirror", connected and adjoining only by the entrance halls and one of the balconies (with the spa). Each has its own independent entrance. Capacity up to 12 people. (on request for 11th and 12th pers.)
Ground floor chalet: entrance hall, 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 180x200cm, tv, private shower room, wc and balcony access. 1 bedroom with 4 beds (2 x 2 bunk beds 90x200cm), tv, shower room and balcony access. 1 toilet.
1st floor: magnificent living room with kitchen open to living room (wine cellar, sofas, gas fireplace, TV), access to 2 balcony-terraces, one with a spa, magnificent view of Les Gets and the slopes in winter.
2nd floor: spacious parental suite of 40m² (with attics): 1 bed 180x200cm, tv, desk, sofa bed (sleeps 2 pers.), shower, bath, wc.
Lower part of the chalet: sauna, shower, closed space (without window) that can be converted according to your request into a TV room or sleeping area with 2 80x200cm beds that can be combined into 1 160x200 bed. Laundry area with washing machine + dryer.
Everything is included: sheets, towels, end of stay cleaning. Wifi internet access. Optional: cleaning during the stay.
Balcony-terraces with garden furniture, including 1 terrace equipped with a private spa.
Parking: 2 private spaces in the closed garage. From the garages, access to the chalet by lift or stairs. Ski room with boot dryer.
