White wine from the Chasselas grape variety, grown on 5 hectares by Fabrice Pariat above Thonon in the Marin area. Dry and fragrant, with a hint of nervousness supported by natural carbon dioxide. Enjoy as an aperitif, or with a cheese meal.
Tasting at the winery. Summer tours of the vineyards by cariole for groups.
