Independent large standing Chalet located in a privileged natural setting of the country of the Mont-Blanc (Combloux cord sector).
Quiet area - very nice view on the surrounding mountains.
Family ski resort 2 km (cord) or 4 (field related to Megève) km Combloux.

Individual chalet (180m2) in 1/2 levels.
Entrance on one level from the chalet car park: entrance hall with cupboards, wc.
1/2 lower level: integrated kitchen open to a dining area and large living room (fireplace, corner sofa, TV, Hi-fi, wifibox), independent office. Access to the terrace and the garden from this level.
Upper 1/2 level (from entrance hall): bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm), bathroom (bathtub + shower), mezzanine area .
On the lower 1/2 level (from the living room): laundry room (washing machine + clothes dryer).
At -1: bedroom 4 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 5 (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet.
Sheets are provided, beds made on arrival. End of stay cleaning is included in the price.
Private garage, terraces (with furniture, deckchairs and barbecue), garden, balcony.
Ski areas: Cordon (family ski resort) at 2km, Combloux: 4km, Megeve: 6km.
Hikes to practice all seasons from the cottage. City center of Sallanches 5km (10 minutes by car).
Megeve center village at 9km, St-Gervais thermal bath at 12km, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 30km. 10% reduction for 3 consecutive weeks.
