A lovely bright and comfortable apartment with lake and mountain views, in a quiet location just 100 metres from Lake Annecy. Ideal for couples or a family with 1 child, as you will be the only tenants.
Pets not allowed.

Apartment in a luxury villa, with a private, gated car park for your car or motorbike. The apartment has its own separate entrance which is accessible via a flight of steps on the outside. We live in this property and you will be the only tenants.

Ideal location:

- 100 metres from the lake

- 100 metres from the cycle path which offers peace of mind for a ride around the lake, or leads to the nearby mountain pass roads (Leschaux, La Forclaz and other passes seen in the Tour de France cycle race)

- 5-minute walk from a beach (free access) and 10 minutes from the municipal lifeguarded beach, also free of charge

- close to shops (bakery 5 minutes away, Carrefour supermarket, Lidl, Aldi,Biocoop organic food shop, organic vegetable shop, cheese shop, butcher's, etc.) as well as restaurants

- 5-minute walk from La Cavale riding (pony rides for your children, or horse rides for you; see their website)

- Several bike rental companies nearby; Vélonecy rentals 10 minutes away (for rentals of less than 1 hour: free 30 minutes, €1.50 for the first hour. See their website)

- 10 min by car from the historic centre of Annecy, 20 min by bike along the cycle track.
