- 1h30 ascent from the Planards car park in Chamonix or from Les Bois in Le Praz de Chamonix.
1 hour walk from the Mer de Glace. Take the train up and meet us on the way down.
From the Plan de l'Aiguille (north balcony), allow 3 hours 30 minutes for the traverse and descent.
