Specialty coffee roasting workshop located in Sevrier, on the western shore of Lake Annecy. The green beans are carefully selected and rigorously roasted to reveal the aromas of each origin and terroir. The beans are lightly roasted to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of each coffee, while avoiding over-dark roasting that standardizes taste. Sales to private individuals are made via the company's e-commerce site. Brumes also offers training and discovery workshops.
