Details about your Vallée Blanche

- Level required : Without needing to be an expert, you should be able to ski off-piste on all types of snow, be comfortable and confident to enjoy the experience and not penalize the group.

If you are not sure of your level, we recommend that you take the "1/2 day validate my level" session, which will be offered as an option once you have made your choice. It will allow you to do the Vallée Blanche safely and with a maximum of pleasure.

- Duration : 1 day
- Meeting point : Ski Set Aiguille du Midi sport store.

Program of the day in detail :

Meeting at 8:00 am with your guide at the Ski Set Aiguille du Midi sport store.
Take the Aiguille du Midi cable car up to the finish at 3842 meters.
Equipment and technical briefing before the start of the itinerary: you put on your crampons and get ready for the descent of the Aiguille du Midi ridge
(Attention, please look at the picture at the bottom of the page, the passage of the ridge can be complicated for people prone to vertigo)
️ Descent of the Vallée Blanche by ski or snowboard (mix of the 2 disciplines possible). This descent can take between 2 and 5 hours, depending on snow conditions, weather and your level. The guide will choose the best route according to all these parameters.
⛷️ Return to Chamonix by ski if the snow conditions allow it or go back down to the station with the Montenvers train.
(Please note: to reach the train departure station, climb a staircase of about 500 steps and then go back up by gondola)
