Maison Talloires - exceptional views of Lake Annecy and the mountains, heated swimming pool.

This 300 m² house is in enclosed grounds covering 2100 m² with a private heated 10 m swimming pool. It overlooks the Baie de Talloires. South facing, it benefits from exceptional views over the lake and the Massif des Bauges. It has a lounge/dining/reception room (three linked rooms measuring 87 m²) which opens onto a covered veranda (30 m²). There are seven bedrooms (3 with balconies overlooking the lake, 2 with terrace and view over the lake, 2 with views of the mountains) and five bathrooms.
Swimming pool open for 1 May to 15 October (except by special request to the owner).
