In our BISTRO D’ASIE we wish to create a culinary journey joining ASIA to France. This is why we thought of FUSION CUISINE. The concept is to fuse flavours, the Asian spices with local ingredients.
My wife, my children and I have been living in the heart of the Chablais region in Thonon-les-Bains for over 20 years.
In this day and age when we talk a lot about globalization, we have chosen to return to local products (fish from the lake during the season, Savoy beef, Charolais beef, mountain pork, French Label Rouge poultry) and Iberian pigs.
