On every plate, Beefbar celebrates the excellence of meats from exceptional origins: local French beef, American Black Angus, Australian beef and the illustrious Japanese Kobe beef, sublimated by a variety of preparations ranging from grilling to woks and barbecues.
For a touch of creativity, the menu also includes street food starters to share, based on three themes: Beef, Reef and Leaf. Here, every dish is designed for a sophisticated, character-filled taste experience, with unique flavors inspired by the Alpine spirit.
