A 2-room apartment with mezzanine to sleep 5 to 7 guests, on the 4th floor of a building in a quiet location on the edge of the village.

A separate bedroom with triple bunkbed and cupboard, a fitted open-plan kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave) and lounge, a mezzanine with 2 single beds and chest of drawers, a brand new sofa-bed (to sleep 2 people), a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, and a balcony.
Equipment at your disposal: raclette and fondue appliances, TV, DVD player, kettle, coffee-maker, hairdryer, duvets and pillows, vacuum cleaner, table and chairs for the balcony, and board games.
Ski room and shared car park.
Located near the shops in the village centre (bakery, chemist, tobacconist & newsagent, minimarket, etc.)
Wintersports in the ski area of Morillon, Samoëns, Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval, Les Carroz d'Arâches and Flaine.
Free all-day ski bus to reach the ski lifts higher up. The apartment is 5 minutes from Morillon gondola lift and 8 minutes from the Samoëns gondola.
Plenty of summer activities: swimming in the lake, treetop adventure trail, mountain-biking, paragliding, hiking, rafting, etc.
