In an old barn completely renovated into a small building with four other gites (2 on the same level, 2 on the 2nd floor), 40m² apartment on the 1st floor. Gîte located in a quiet hamlet of Doussard.
Equipped kitchen open to the living room (dining table for 4 people, rapido sofa bed 140x190 cm, connected wall-mounted television, reversible air conditioning), French window with balcony access (table, garden chairs, deckchair).

Shower room (shower, washbasin on cupboard, heated towel rail, washing machine). Independent WC.
Sheets - bed linen and towels provided. End of stay cleaning included. Internet access by wifi. Home automation roller shutters throughout the apartment.
Bike storage (in the garage on the right, accessible from the entrance courtyard/parking). Private parking on site closed by gate. Garden furniture accessible in the common courtyard. Plancha available on request.
Entrance to the building secured by Vigik badge and intercom. Access to the apartment by a common stairwell with the other gîtes.
Shops in Doussard (2km), restaurants nearby (near the tourist route around the lake). Greenway (tour of Lake Annecy) at 300m. Annecy at 20 km. Doussard beach and Bout du Lac nature reserve at 2.5 km (less than 10 minutes by bike), hang gliding at Col de la Forclaz at 15 km.
Arrival time to be agreed with the owners between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Reminder: a deposit is requested on arrival with an inventory.
