Nestled in the heart of a forest, facing the treetops: a 44m² gîte on the ground floor of a spacious, luxury chalet located in a natural setting, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Here, there are no neighbors or busy roads: only the sound of birdsong and the soothing scent of the undergrowth.
The accommodation is arranged on a single level and has its own independent entrance.
The gîte is composed as follows: a separate living room (TV, sofa bed), a fitted kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom (1 double bed), and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
For your comfort, everything is included: sheets and linens (bed made), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. Wi-Fi.
Private terrace area with a forest table, barbecue, and deckchairs, plus a covered relaxation lounge. Private parking space.
The accommodation has a ceiling height of 2 meters. The upper part of the chalet is occupied by the owners. The last 300 meters of access to the lodge are via a flat forest road (snow removal provided in winter).
The lodge is maintained and cleaned with natural products.
Hiking trails start on site all year round. All shops are located in Thyez, 6 km away (10 minutes by car).
In winter, the Grand-Massif ski area is 14 km away via Morillon.
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is a 45-minute drive away, and Annecy, Geneva, and Lake Geneva are 1 hour away.
