Very nice service for this gite of 762 m² arranged on the 1st and 2nd floor with a magnificent view on the Mont Blanc and Aravis Massif. Warm atmosphere, montane decoration. 1St: kitchen integrated open on living room (wood stove), room 1 (1 double bed), bathroom (shower), wc, laundry. Upstairs: room 2 (2 beds 90, Cot), room 3 (2 beds 90). Wooden terrace with furniture and barbecue facing the mountains, balcony, yard. Possibility rental of sheets. Farm owners to 100 m. In winter, skiing in Megève 4 km (Princess), Combloux 7 km. St-Gervais and baths at 8km. Summer recreation of Passy 4 km, swimming. Chamonix 28km.

Beautiful appointments for this independent gite of 76 m2 fitted out on the 1st and 2nd floor (access by outside staircase). Very nice view of the Mont-Blanc Massif and the Aravis. Warm atmosphere and mountain decoration.
On the 1st floor: Integrated kitchen open to living room / lounge (TV, wood stove), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom (shower), separate wc, laundry room.
Upstairs: bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90x200cm, cot), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm).
Wooden terrace with furniture and barbecue, facing the mountains, balcony, courtyard. Possibility to rent sheets.
Farm of the owners at 100m. Possibility of visiting the farm.
In winter, ski in Megève at 4km (Princess), Combloux at 7km. St-Gervais and thermal baths at 8km. In summer, Passy leisure center 4km away, swimming. Chamonix at 28km.
