Our association offers workshops aimed at introducing Chinese energetic arts in the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc Valley. Chinese thought is fundamentally different from our European way of thinking. Through the practice of Qi Gong, self-massage, and acupressure, we discover an entire universe that allows us to take charge of our body and our health, and at the same time to approach this worldview rooted in the living. In these workshops, in connection with the seasons, we will explore the different seasons and their relationship with the organs.
