The Restaurant Atelier B offers 100% homemade gourmet burgers with quality products selected as close as possible to the restaurant in order to favor short circuits.
Our meats and cheeses come from the Cooperative du Val D'Arly, our butcher's cuts are French and the minced steaks are from Savoie and/or Haute-Savoie, our craft beers are brewed by Big Mountain in Chamonix, as is our coffee, which it comes from the Shoukâ roasting (Black Diamond: Organic and fair trade from Brazil) and roasted on demand less than 48 hours before delivery.
As for our wine selection, it comes from Domaine Familiaux with Domaine Chamfort for Côtes du Rhône and Domaine Desachy for Côtes de Provence.
We also offer gourmet and generous salads as well as other dishes depending on the season.
