30m² apartment in a small, quiet residence set back from the street, a stone's throw from the village center, sleeps up to 5. Garden, large south-facing terrace, direct view of the forest, bordered by a river. Ski bus + GR at the foot of the residence.

You'll be staying in a typically Savoyard setting. You'll appreciate the location on the edge of the wood and the small stream running nearby, offering peace and quiet to your stay. very bright, quiet.

Pleasant 11m² terrace extending onto the large south-facing garden overlooking the forest. Equipped for 4/5 people, with a ski locker where you'll find a toboggan for snowy days.

For your stay, take advantage of three free parking spaces, one of which is covered, with direct access to the kitchen window for convenience, allowing you to unload your car or groceries directly.
Comprising an entrance-cabin (2 bunk beds) with closet, access to the bathroom (toilet, washbasin, bathtub with shower door) separated from the living room by a double glass door and blackout curtains for your privacy.

Enjoy a large, bright and friendly living room with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.
