Warm apartment located in a quiet area of Megève, carefully furnished in a beautiful chalet style.
South facing, beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
Maximum capacity: 5 people.

45m2 gîte on the 1st floor of a large century-old chalet-style house, also including 3 other gîtes.
Quiet area, privileged location 200m from shops and the center, the gondola (400m) and the Palais des Sports (700m).
Beautiful mountain view from the living room: Rochebrune, Côte 2000, ski area.
Common entrance at the back of the house.
In the gîte: fitted kitchen open to the living room/lounge area (dining area, TV, pull-out bench offering an extra 80cm bed), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm, TV), bathroom with shower and toilet.
Possibility to rent sheets and towels. Wifi internet.
Small south balcony, facing the mountains, with shepherd's table and 2 chairs. Garden and common ground at the foot of the house (with furniture, deckchairs and barbecue).
Vast private parking. Secure shared ski and bike storage. Shops, restaurants 200m away, casino 600m away. For skiing: gondola 400m away (shuttle 200m away).
Palais des Sports de Megève 700m away (swimming pool, wellness, ice rink, etc.). Mont d'Arbois 18-hole golf course 1.5km away.
Combloux lake 5km away. Chamonix Mont-Blanc 35km (45 minutes by car). Many hikes nearby.
Only 1 animal accepted in the gîte (if less than 20kg).
