A 42m² apartment with 2 bedrooms for 4 people situated in the heart of the Portes du Soleil and two steps from the centre of the charming village of Abondance, close to all shops and the base station of the gondola. Quiet location.<< 400m from gondola >>

Ideally located in the center of the village of Abondance (50 m from the village square) and close to the gondola departure, you'll appreciate the wooded charm of this apartment.

including surface ˂ 1.80m) for 4 people, with its two attic bedrooms, one sleeping 2
pers (140cm) and the second equipped with 2 beds 1 pers (90cm).
The living room with its fully-equipped kitchen (traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc.....) and sitting area with TV (free wifi sharing connection)and a south-west balcony.
The shower room features a magnificent 140 x 90 shower with overhead showerhead and multi-jet
washbasin, wall-hung toilet and washing machine, all lit by a roof window.
Central heating in winter and communal hot water ensure optimum comfort, with
our little ecological bonus: solar hot water.
To complete the picture, we have a large private courtyard for parking and a (shared) garden with a ping-pong table.
