The owner lives on the first floor of this low energy consumption (BBC) certified chalet. He offers you, on the first floor, a comfortable apartment.

2-room 34m2 ground-floor apartment facing south - south-west; facing the Aiguilles de Chamonix and bordering the Aiguilles rouges reserve.

The apartment is equipped with dishwasher, TV and Wi-Fi, with the possibility of using the owner's washing machine.
Terrace directly accessible from the living room

In winter, a cross-country ski trail passes in front of the chalet, so leave your car about 70 meters upstream. You can reach the chalet on foot or, to your children's delight, by sliding on a specially adapted sledge called Layeu, which you can use to carry your luggage.

Lodging managed by a private individual. The owner's contact details will be included in your booking confirmation.

A transport card will be given to you when you enter the apartment, allowing you to travel freely on the Chamonix valley TRAIN network.
