Less than 5 minutes walk from the center of the beautiful village of Saint-Jean-de-Sixt with its many small shops and 3km from the Aravis resorts (La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand), apartment with 2 balconies offering a beautiful view of the village and the mountains. Lake Annecy 30 minutes away.
