Chalet built in 1950 by my father, mountain guide. Currently divided into 2 apartments as part of a condominium. I have the apartment on part of the ground floor with a private garden.

- Apartment completely renovated in Savoyard style by our carpenter neighbor, renovation specialist. We wanted "cozy" and nice to be at the height of its exceptional location in Chamonix. 2-star.

33 chemin de la perrière is between les Nants and Praz in the Chamonix Valley, the chalet is ideally located for access to ski areas, while a pedestrian path, lit at night, 1km along the Arve leads you to Chamonix or Les Praz. the stop of the shuttle Illettes is 50m from the path of perrière path that starts just in front of a garden "la jardinerie de Talèfre"
