2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm, desk, balcony access, bathroom with washbasin on cupboard and shower), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm that can be pushed together, balcony access, extra bedding type fireside chair 80x190cm).
Large bathroom with shower, washbasin on cupboard, wc, space for changing babies, washing machine. 1 separate toilet.
Southeast facing balcony. Large common ground with swing, table tennis, pétanque court. A terrace with garden furniture is reserved for this cottage. Parking and courtyard in the property.
Central heating. Local skis / bikes.
Bed linen and towels for hire (blankets provided), end-of-stay cleaning optional.
Gîte near a busy road (linking Thônes to the Aravis resorts), bedrooms, living room, balcony and terrace on the garden side.
Shops and leisure: center of Thônes with all shops, services and restaurants 1.5km away. Many activities in Thônes and surroundings: via Ferrata, adventure course, hiking, swimming pools, horse riding, fishing...
Skiing: resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand at 10km (Massif des Aravis).
Lake Annecy with its beaches at 16km, Annecy at 21km.
